What's Included

Life and relationships should be celebrated and, here at White Rock Events, we want to ease the burden of gathering all the goods to host a fabulous party. We have collected an assortment of items you will need to make your space beautiful so that you can focus on enjoying the moment with loved ones.

For $800 + tax, we will deliver our 12 foot by 6 foot trailer, packed and ready for your event. We are centrally located in San Saba, Texas, making it especially convenient for events hosted all throughout the Hill Country. You will have 72 hours from time of delivery to use the items. Each additional 24 hours reserved will add an additional $150 to your total. A $200 deposit is required at time of booking for incidentals and will be returned to the customer when the trailer and all items are accounted for. Your date is booked when the deposit and full payment have been received. Check out our Trailer link at the top to view each item included.

Wish to spend more time at your venue or with loved ones before the celebration? White Rock Events now offers the following options for the trailer rental:​

• White Rock trailer with delivery (setup and tear down to be done by customer): $800

• White Rock trailer with delivery, setup and tear down: $2000

Just looking for a few statement pieces? We have a selection of furniture, backdrops, and textiles for individual rentals available by clicking here. The price listed is for a 72 hour rental period, with the customer providing the pickup and return of the items. White Rock Events is more than happy to deliver and return your pieces, with the price being determined by mileage from San Saba, TX.
